  • Suspicious Activity: Accounts suspected of fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, or money laundering may be frozen and investigated.
  • Account Closure: We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

  • Processing Time: Same-day processing for verified accounts; actual arrival depends on your bank
  • Turnover Requirement: 2× deposit turnover required before withdrawal
  • KYC Required: First withdrawal requires completed identity verification
  • Same Method: Withdrawals are processed to the same account used for deposit where possible
Anti-Fraud: We may withhold or reject transfers suspected of fraud, chargeback risk, or anti-money laundering concerns.

4. Promotions & Offers

  • Eligibility: Promotions are available to eligible players as specified in each offer's terms
  • Wagering Requirements: All offers include playthrough/turnover requirements before withdrawal. Stakes on restricted games may not count.
